Hot and Spicy Fried Fish

Ingredients:

Lady fish 6 Oil for frying For Marinade:
Fenugreek seeds
1 small pinch
Mustard seeds 1 pinch
Cumin seeds 1 tsp Carom seeds
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Salt to taste Oil
1 tsp Chaat masala to taste


Directions: 

Grind fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and carom seeds. 
Mix all ingredients of the marinade and coat on the fish and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. 
Heat oil and fry till crisp and golden. Sprinkle over chaat masala and serve.
